A Hamilton native, Sebastian is a Montreal trained Red Seal Chef who spent the first half of his career working in some of the most popular restaurants and institutions in Quebec. After having grown tired of the big city restaurant scene, Sebastian returned home to share his craft with family and friends.
Pizza is Sebastian’s hobby turned obsession. He has spent the last 10 years focused on honing his skills, perfecting his dough recipe, seeking out quality ingredients and researching different toppings to create the perfect slice. Pizza brings to Sebastian feelings of nostalgia, from sharing late night pizzas with his Comba Romeo and cooking tomato sauce with his mom, to using vegetables and herbs from his grandparent’s garden and reminiscing about his honeymoon. Pizza is Sebastian’s expression of love and through Crosta Pizza Co. he wants to share his passion with you!
